Making A Purchase Making a purchase could not be easier. Just use our product browser, click on any items that you wish to buy and put them into your shopping cart.
If you change your mind or have inadvertently added a product to your shopping cart, simply click on the Cart icon (above the picture top right). Check the contents of your Cart, locate the unwanted item, tick the tickbox in the Remove column and click the Update button to remove. You can also change the quantity of any selected product using this page - just alter the figure in the quantity field and click Update.
After you have finished your selection, click on checkout and you will be guided through our payment system using your credit or debit card. We accept Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, Switch, Solo, Electron and American Express. We do not charge for any item until it is ready to send. You may send your credit card information via phone, fax, post or over the Internet. You will receive an email as confirmation of our receipt of your order.

Delivery Schedule If your order is received before noon and the product is in stock we will dispatch on the same day, if it is after noon it will be the next working day. We will not dispatch on Saturday, Sunday or Bank Holidays. We try to deliver the next working day. Your order can be delivered any time between 9am and 5pm and may need to be signed for - you will be emailed when your order is dispatched. We deliver free to mainland UK addresses. Highlands and Islands, Northern Island and Channel Islands have a charge of £3 for under 10 kilos and £10 for 10 kilos and over.
Because deliveries usually require a signature you should consider an alternative delivery address if you are not normally at home. You have this option within the order process. Your will receive an email when your order is dispatched.
