They also have a natty little device called a Convertube (£15) which enables you to screw a drinks tube and bite valve onto an ordinary water bottle – again, no excuse not to drink little and often. Better and longer-lasting legs for the days to come! Something people often overlook is the need to clean and look after hydration bladders after use!
